Level 5 GHOP - % (Global Halfop) * In all #xbc_* channels
Level 6 AOP - @ (Auto Operator)
Level 8 SOP - @ +a (Super Operator)
Level 9 CSOP - @ +a (Super Operator / Co-Administrator)
Level 10 ASOP - @ +a (Super Operator / Administrator)
Level 10 Owner - @ +q (Channel Owner / Successor)
